Absolutely horrible customer service. They take way too long to resolve claims. They canceled my insurance because when they pulled my DMV record, they pulled someone with my name and same date of birth, but not the same year!!! This person didn’t even live in the same state. The police even called Horace Mann to tell them they were wrong. I wish I could give them 0 stars. This was the worst insurance experience of my life.
