Homophobic company! Several years ago we called to update that the policy owner was no longer single and was married. Two years later the policy and account continued to show "single." Called again last week to update it AGAIN - and now the policy says "civil union" - did we say civil union, no we did not - we said MARRIED! Worst company I've ever dealt with. Gave them every opportunity to avoid this negative review. They don't return phone calls in a timely manner, they blame their 3rd party appraisers for weeks of delay. Your tossed around like a bean bag once you finally reach someone.
