Been with Dr. Mitchell since early 2000s. Couldn't ask for a better doctor. Easy to talk to and takes into consideration your concerns. He thoroughly discusses your case in layman's terms if you need him to. I will not let any other doctor touch. I'm happy with him.

Horace Mitchell ruined my life by a mistake of his (I was under anesthesia) but I heard him curse and repeat his mistake-----He is a disgrace to this profession and he has been sued numerous times but when I went to get my records (they had disappearded down to 5 pages) after many years of treatment----Nothing but a butcher----He would get a zero but there is non available-------He will stand before God for this & many others he has harmed--
Dr Mitchell and his team are wonderful. It’s been almost a year since I had back surgery and I can’t think them enough for giving me my life back.
I had a discectomy/fusion on my neck in 2010 and a disc replacement at the L4-L5 and a fusion at the L5-S1 in 2017. Dr Mitchell was an amazing doctor and answered all my questions. I have been seeing him since 1998 when he first diagnosed my back issues. Because of him I have gotten the best care, he referred me to Pain Management and I was able to go 12 years before my first surgery. Thank you Dr Mitchell for everything, you are the best!!
