I was dealing with Brad Ware. He is not a licensed contractor. He uses LIC # of Horace A Rooke. Told me "he uses their LIC.#, but he does all the contracting. When you check Lic# it shows clear and active. Brad took money for well and septic. I have a septic, no well. Constantly lied or had excuses for things not getting done. I have all correspondence from day one and canceled check. Will Not respond to email, text, or voice mail. Has not refunded any money. Stay far and clear!!
