The lady up front is rude and unprofessional and a thief! She had my husband pay for coach glasses that they said were in and maybe in Ocean Shores. I even have a hand written letter it will be taken care if. Then when we noticed she never charged my insurance but charged me cash and credit and kept adding charges we went in there and she called US a liar and screamed at us. The place was full so we left.
