Joseph was prompt and communicative with our appointment. Very polite and knowledgeable, he was able to quickly identify the problems with my outlets and switches and efficiently fixed them. He also provided his expert opinion on some upgrades I was interested in, providing estimates, pros and cons, and alternative solutions. Highly recommended!
