Joe was fantastic. Resolved two issues for us and was extremely courteous.
Jeramiah arrived and said he was unable to perform the work due to a previous surgery. Promised he would send another member of the company back to the home to perform the work. We have not heard back, left several messages. Smelled of liquor upon arrival.
Jeremiah did an outstanding job on my ceiling fan!
Joseph was prompt and communicative with our appointment. Very polite and knowledgeable, he was able to quickly identify the problems with my outlets and switches and efficiently fixed them. He also provided his expert opinion on some upgrades I was interested in, providing estimates, pros and cons, and alternative solutions. Highly recommended!
