I am a AHS customer and I have problems with companies that AHS sent out for home repair in the past...BUT to my shock.....Tyler came out and fixed my wiring problem and was very professional and knew his craft. A very smart fellow and recommend Hopwood Electric for any further electrical needs at my home. The rates were OK and normal.
I had submitted a service request back in April for an outlet that was not working in the attic, through the AHS warranty. I forget the name of the gentleman but he had put on a bootie on his shoes even without me asking for it, replaced my outlet with no problem and with courtesy. It was a brief encounter but he was very friendly.
American Home Shield assigned this company to come out and look at some electrical issues for me. Joseph was the electrician they sent, and, boy, was he great!! My doorbell wouldn’t work, and it couldn’t be fixed, so he gave me a new one. My ceiling fan and light were stuck on high, and he figured out it was the remote, and he rewired it and got me a new remote. THEN HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL, and he helped out this widow and changed the light bulbs in the ceiling fan and even dusted/cleaned the ceiling fan blades fo... read more
