I’m a collegiate level athlete who has been coming back from a hamstring injury. I have nothing but the best things to say about my PT, Chris! Having an injury can be challenging to deal with alone, and I really appreciated the support and knowledge that Chris gave me on my road to recovery! A huge thank you to Robi, he did a fantastic job helping me resolve plantar fasciitis in just a couple of months. He did a thorough assessment and suggested a few exercises that I could do in between check ins, gradually increasing difficulty level. Truly grateful for being able to do long hikes again!
Chris is awesome, if you are looking to be pushed and get stronger, Chris and Hopstown is the place to go.
Very helpful I would highly recommend helped me with my sprained ankle and now I feel much better.
