I have to give a mixed review because I see Ashley Williams and she is absolutely amazing,so caring and kind and so thorough.My children have both seen Michelle Long in the past few weeks and she did absolutely nothing to help either one of them and both ended up going to the ER to get the help they needed ,my children are grown adults btw .
I really like Dr.Hayes, as my primary physician, however when you really need to see him , not a PA, you CAN'T.He is always book and they won't even try too work you in to see him if it is an emergency.Seems to me Dr. Hayes is overworked ,and Hopscotch needs more Doctors in Spruce Pine.When I pay to see a doctor, I want to see the doctor, not a PA.Such a big change in our health system .
I have been a patient of this practice for 49 years. In the past, I have had nothing but great things to say about this office and their providers. Today, I called to be scheduled for a yearly check up and establish with a new physician since my previous provider left the practice. I was told that they didn’t have anyone that would see me as a “new patient” and the person answering the phone told me I would have to call back to get an appointment when their new provider started.
