Extremely overcharged – Worse than NDIS rates. I am deeply disappointed with the pricing at this business. They are charging way too much for their services, to the point where it feels like a total rip-off. Even registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) providers, which already operate under standard regulated rates, do not charge this much.The cost is completely unreasonable for the value provided. I strongly recommend comparing prices elsewhere before choosing this business.
Nice & welcoming small practice in a convenient location. The pyschologists we have had appointments with are friendly, caring & quickly built a repour with our child. Quick availability to conduct assessments.
Unhelpful and recommended irrelevant services. Couldn't even be bothered changing a child's name in a template email
Honestly, such a disappointing service. They pick and choose children to help under the guise of "matching children with clinicians", which is not how support services should work. I hope other families don't give up advocating for their children and getting help for their child despite businesses like this. Unfortunately for Werribee, this is one of the few therapy choices available, but I implore you to keep looking even if it's a little further away and find someone else, your child will reap the benefits of your choice.
