Ordered through DoorDash, ordered a French dip and did not receive the dip. Also ordered garlic tots and receive chunks of raw garlic w/ parsley. Very disappointed. Called back, manager was unsympathetic and told me to contact DoorDash. No apology or anything.. The beef was seasoned, would have been complete with the Auju
I wish i didn’t have to give it one star cus it deserves 0. My wife and I ordered Smash-burgers, which were not smashed. It was quite thick and topped with American cheese, which was not melted. It had a weird tasting sauce in it-supposed to be their house sauce it really tasted like old milk.. we ordered boneless wings and the chicken was more like they took a small chicken strip and cut it into four pieces! I can’t comment on the food yet, but the service at this location is world-class. I stopped in late having a rough night, mistakenly thinking Hops n Drops was a pizza place. When I realized my mistake, the staff didn't just turn me away; they treated me like a guest anyway. Ciara was incredibly sweet and determined to help me find an open pizza spot.
