If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Nisha was extremely rude and seems like she hates her job. She was so rude I didn’t even order food or drinks, I got a cup of water and my friend got a pineapple house margarita that tasted disgusting. Don’t come here if you’re looking for good service!
My Daughter and I stopped into the Lakewood Hops n Drops for a late lunch. Our Waitress, Joan was so warm and welcoming and quickly took our orders. There was a "hiccup" with the Order, which was promptly remade and brought to the table. While eating, Aaron, the Manager personally stopped by our table to apologize for the delay. He was so nice and genuine, and also made the adjustment on our bill for the sandwich. I would give 10 stars if possible! 🤩
The service was great, but the food was just okay. It's a good place to meet up with friends if you're not a foodie
