EXCEPTIONAL FOOD AND WONDERFUL FRIENDLY STAFF. THE ONLY PLACE I GO WHEN IN TOWN (except if they are closed for any reason) Oh, did I mention that they have ice cold brew...Just sayin�

Yet another great night. The pulled pork flatbread pizza was fantastic. And the tap linenis the best in town. The Vintage Pumpkin beer is a liquid slice of pie. The Hillsboro Brewing Company "Friday Night Lights" Octoberfest brew is crazy good. It's a must-do place on Friday nights and catch the broadcast of Vikings football. What a great setting!
Stopped by while out and about. It's located in the old Sole e Sapori location on Main around the corner from the Troll. Ordered to Hops Burger and side of cabbage with bacon. Burger had a little chat and enough but not overwhelming toppings of cheese, bacon and a remoulade. The outstanding item was the cabbage. Smoky from the abundant bacon and with a little onion in the mix. Good selection of micro brews, both local and across US. This place is an underrated gem right now. The fish sandwich is absolutely delicious, the batter flaky and light, the coleslaw extremely flavorful and I loved the bread and butter pickles as an added flavor to my sandwich. Are the pickles homemade? Coupled with the glass of Jobu Rum Barrel Aged micro-brew, I am in heaven. I kid you not. ☺
