Took my wife's explorer in for something I broke. We have 4 little messy boys. Before the wife got it back they vacuumed whole car and wiped it down. Its those little extra details really mean alot
I had an emergency situation happen and in the middle of all of it I slammed my door hard enough where it would not open anymore. I pulled in HOPS parking lot, hoping I didn't just ruin my day even further. I walked in and they were so kind to me! They took time out of their busy day to listen and help! Luckily my door was an easy fix! I can not begin to express my gratitude!! Thank you HOPS. Your staff is amazing and deserve a raise!!!
Hops did an excellent job on repairing our car and then they detailed it inside and out. I would highly recommend them.
