Used self wash service. This place is a rip-off $10 for 5 lmin, and to top it off, the equipment was leaking, kept spraying foan and wax and other crap, but no curler water to was off that foam. To the management, if you can charge $10 for 5min, and you cannot ensure all machines are in working order, what arebyou doing then ?? This place is a joke or slowly going broke

if i could give this place no stars i would. firstly, the pricing is ridiculous, $2.50 per minute is disgusting and daylight robbery! “industry standards” my ass, i have never seen another car wash place charge that much, even brand new ones! secondly, the card machines and staff are useless. my partner came to vacuum his car, and clicked the $4 option for only 5 mins, instead the card reader charged him $20! when this was brought up with the worker they gave him some measly car wash tokens that won’t even be used as we are ... read more
Totally unsatisfying service! Paid $145 for inside out wash they didn’t even cleaned dust from inside and mud marks from outside won’t recommend anybody
Just witnessed the lovely attendants at Hoppys get treated horribly in one of the most entitled spectacles I’ve seen. Treat people with respect and you’ll get treated that way in return. Goes to show the quality of the vehicle is in no way a reflection of the person inside it. Staff showed due restraint and professionalism in the face of an unhinged and hostile customer service nightmare. Well done Hoppys Team.
