Edit: The owner has just replied (a year later) saying that I did indeed receive a notification. I beg to differ but it's null & void now anyway as I've gone to a different car wash. If you did send out notifications, I never received any but thank you for replying. If it was by email, I always check my spam folder & it wasn't there. If it was by text, it wasn't there either. Lovely wash attendants! Quick and easy and I didnt even have to get out of my car! Will definitely be coming back.
Paid $27 + for express wash today. It came out filthy and it pushed my side mirror backwards. The worst ever.
Absolutely wonderful customer service. I frequently visit here for the self serve washing bays and vacuums - with every interaction I walk away with a smile. The staff are always lovely and keen to assist with any issues, and explain how to correct it for next time. They also provided a free 5 minutes cleaning for a mistake on my part, which honestly made the entire experience stress free. Thank you Kallangur Express Wash Team 🤍
