DO NOT GO HERE EVER !! Worst wash ever. I drove out of the wash and parked to vacuum. My car had dirt and marks still in it and it wasn’t overly dirty before I paid the money to be washed. My car now has scratches all down one side from the rollers and when I asked the attendant who I give feedback to he told me Carlos runs the Capalaba Hoppy’s and Chris owns it. Rude Staff, Poor Service, and Management That Doesn’t Care I wish I had read all the other reviews before going here. When I arrived at Hoppys Capalaba, I was simply scanning the QR code and waiting for instruction, but the attendant did not greet me or provide any direction. He then yelled “Sir, move up” in a rude, impatient tone. I moved up to enter the wash, and he immediately yelled again, “Oi! Oi! Oi! Wouldn’t recommend payed $17 for this what a joke. My car doesn’t even appear to be properly clean. And there are still dirt marks on the sides and at the back there appears to be dust.
Come down at 4 pm just to find it shut when online it says open so waste of time
