I have been taking my 3cars to Hoppy’s toowong for years and this is the first compliant.took my car today to be washed and the wheels were not washed dry soap all over the boot and bonnet not impressed at all will not be taking any of my cars back to hoppys towong
Paid $80 for this wash and the result was extremely disappointing. Windows were left dirty, interior cleaning was limited to a poorly cleaned dashboard, and the floors were not cleaned at all — they actually looked worse afterward. What makes this even more frustrating is that in Fortitude Valley, under Aldi, I regularly pay $75 and they leave the car spotless inside and out. For a higher price, this service delivers a far inferior result. Very poor value for money. I wouldn’t return or recommend it.
Great car clean but the lady who served me when I first drove in was incredibly rude. I asked for the same as I had last time, which was a Super Combo wash. She rudely said “that’s not what you had last time - you had the $115 service”. I said ok, well then what service did I have?. She kept on referring to “81” which did not make any sense to me. The 1 star reviews are real. I had low expectations and the bottom half of the car is still dirty.
Very disappointed. Will not come back again…
