I've only had good experiences here. The saff are always friendly and I've not had any issues with their service. I've only ever opted for an exterior wash on my 4WD. The first time I went it was extremely busy and they missed a spot near my spare tyre on the back door, no biggie. The 2nd time I went, I had almost no wait time and my car was perfect. All I want is a dry, clean car at the end. I'll be back ✌🏼
It used to be a hand wash facility, but I noticed that they installed an auto wash system in the circuit, same one used in their express wash facilities. What is the point in advertising the hand wash if it is not hand wash?
Won’t be back. It used to be so good but the last few times I have disappointed and found the staff quite rude when pointing out issues.
Service has gone downhill. Not a proper hand wash, just machines, and my car always comes out with stains. Won’t be back.
