You know it’s a red flag when a business like Hoppy’s no longer has any phone contact likely to avoid dealing with complaints. I went to the Norman Park location to have my car washed and possibly join the wash club. I have been coming to Hoppy's for year's but now it is not even half as good it was. Cafe gone, very slow to wash cars. I get a sense that something has changed with ownership or management. I would go there often for a wash, coffee and do some work and my car would be ready in about 35 minutes. But now it is so slow you could be there for more than an hour as I was yesterday ( and at other times) . It's now a last resort due to the "lottery" of time it takes.
