Unfortunately the owner has no kahunas to speak on the phone like a man. Customer service absolutely ZERO .. PATHETIC!!!! I've been in business for 45 years and have never experienced pathetic customer service as this. Sadly I have read all the reviews and Jeff, the owner of Hoppe's Pool and Spa, is very clever and manipulative in his responses in his language to customer concerns.
