I have been a patient at HLGP since it first opened its doors. The doctors, nurses and reception team are friendly, caring and accommodating. Dr Amir Faham has been my regular GP for over ten years. He listens, easy to talk to and has a caring nature towards my health concerns. Dr Amir is brilliant with management of chronic illnesses particularly through his Acupuncture services.
I have one problem with this place and it’s the reception team. I’ve come here for many years, the doctors are fantastic. But over time the receptionists have gotten so bad. Unable to meet needs, can’t get simple things answered or organised/ rushed off the phone . Today, I emailed the staff and told them please cancel my appointment for my son tomorrow, as I cannot make it. I’m told, hi no appointment to cancel.
