I haven't even visited yet and reception want to just get your details and get you off the phone without answering simple question or give you a chance to finsih speaking and talks over you. what a bad start before even going on an appointment! Update Thanks for the reply below, i went and visited today and had a good experience, i think the reception o deffinetly very busy but i would say better to have a quality phone than a bad experience. I changed my rating fairly to be 5 stars fplor the good experience i had today.

I’d like to remind whoever takes care of the website would they please make sure it’s updated on a regular basis. I had been waiting for a script to be sent to my phone that I thought the dr was sending to my phone. While I was happy with the Dr who wasn’t my usual Dr I found him to be very nice and helpful. However I didn’t receive the script by 4pm so I rang the clinic only the heat the message on the answering machine that they were closed. It is so difficult to get to the reception. Waiting in the call for 15 min continuous and that too for an already booked tele appointment .
