Not happy with the RECEPTIONISTS that handles the appointments. Texted me that TO CONFIRM that I have an appointment at 1145am. Then received another confirmation text for 11am. When I came there they state that I dont have an appointment at 11am.
I’ve had such a positive experience with the doctors here. I’ve seen a few different ones, and each of them has been incredibly caring, empathetic, and professional. One thing that really stands out is that they truly listen to you. They take your concerns seriously, never rush you, and make you feel comfortable opening up.
