They were really hard to get in touch with ! We all have personal things going on but if you’re running a business you have to move a little different! Atleast communicate! Didn’t have more the car for a month and it went out I was okay with working with them on getting it fixed but weeks went by without a phone call or email ! I reached out SEVERAL TIMES ! Especially considering my children’s car seats were still in the car !!
These guys are really easy going and great to work with. Super nice and professional. I also know if your having issues they have a buy here pay here option. A family company that will treat you like family. They deserve 10 stars! We bought a nissan that we just love. Great car great price! It's a small dealership which means your talking to the owner when your buying your car. Ya can't beat that!
Don't buy that suburban he's got listed! Took it for a pre purchase inspection and the mechanic sent me away with a $5000 list of things that needed to be done and a pity smile. There should be laws against guys like him. ALWAYS DO A PRE PURCHASE INSPECTION!!!
The car we purchased was a good car but overpriced and you can NEVER seem to get in touch with them on the phone. We've left multiple messages concerning an error (in their favor $500+) that we found on our paperwork. I'm leaving this review in the hopes that they will finally contact us, as we live out of town. They are nice until they get your money then they avoid you like the plague. If you buy from them check out the car and paperwork well before you sign and pay.
