The staff charge me 15$ for the refill without inform me about that. When I called to ask they said they are not making money over refill.
Dr Hopper and his staff have left me without medication refills for 60 days.... refused to complete Medicaid medication authorizations multiple times, refused my calls, do not return messages, do not keep regular hours, and charge $15 for refill requests. Pending case with Tx Medical Board, Medicaid and OIG for fraud, waste, patient neglect - 15 year patient. This is not retaliation or spite on my part. Eden is absolutely phenomenal. She actually listens and it’s so clear that she cares, not only about doing her job well but about her patients’ well-being. I’ve had bad experiences with doctors in Texas but she is a breath of fresh air. Thank you!
The doctors are great I will start by saying that. But Front desk staff are TERRIBLE! I have just dealt with it up tell today but I won’t be returning after my experience. They tried to tell me after coming for nearly a year that they did not accept my previous insurance i had been using and that they have been “trying to tell me for a year”.
