BAD SERVICE - RECEPTIONIST I cannot find a 0 star, desk receptionist put on hold my call and after 15 minutes hang off the phone, I called once again and transfer my call to a message saying office is close at 11:00am. I think this office needs better call receptionist. Bad service!!!
they never seem to answer the phone and it makes no sense what so ever why you get a busy tone when calling a doctors office to set an appointment. That's why the "hold" feature was created on phones. VERY unprofessional and inconvenient smh.
