Great people and they do an excellent job
I have been using Hopman for our area rugs for years. They are FANTASTIC. They pick up and deliver for a reasonable price and provide top notch cleaning, repair and custom cut pads. Look no further for rug cleaning, they are the best, you will not be disappointed!
Eugene was very responsive and communicated with professionalism and accuracy. I wasn't able to get to the store when they opened, so he accommodated me by letting me drop off my area rug a half hour before they opened. He did the same when it was time for me to pick up. I've had this rug close to 30 years and when I got it home it looked practically brand new. I forgot how dark the colors were. It's gorgeous. The picture doesn't do the rug justice.
