They handled my father's cremation. There are two adult heirs (including me) who should have been consulted on all decisions. The other heir was the only one consulted on the wording of the obituary. When I called to make a couple small changes, I was treated unkindly and unprofessionally. I am young and just lost my dad, and I was told that I could not make any changes without the other heir confirming even though I already made sure that the other heir was fine with it. The Hopko Family always is professional and courteous. They have helped us arrange funerals for many relatives who have passed on.
