PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES SHOULD BE PLEASANT TO THE PUBLIC BEING SERVED. THE PEOPLE IN THIS OFFICE ARE SOME OF THE RUDEST I'VE SEEN TOPPING THE CLERKS OFFICE. TO ADD INSULT TO THE ADDITUDE THE WATER/ SEWER RATES ARE HIGHWAY ROBBERY. BEST OF LUCK TO THOSE AT THE MERCY OF THIS COMMUNIST ESTABLISHMENT
Refund policies are simply ridiculous. 3 week waiting period, only write checks once a week or every other week. NO CHECKS WRITTEN ON THE SAME DAY. What? No other company or business makes you wait for a refund, they automatically give back your refund on the spot. They take advantage of being the only water company in town. Shame o them for this wait time. People have bills to pay with the money that should have been refunded.
