PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES SHOULD BE PLEASANT TO THE PUBLIC BEING SERVED. THE PEOPLE IN THIS OFFICE ARE SOME OF THE RUDEST I'VE SEEN TOPPING THE CLERKS OFFICE. TO ADD INSULT TO THE ADDITUDE THE WATER/ SEWER RATES ARE HIGHWAY ROBBERY. BEST OF LUCK TO THOSE AT THE MERCY OF THIS COMMUNIST ESTABLISHMENT

Refund policies are simply ridiculous. 3 week waiting period, only write checks once a week or every other week. NO CHECKS WRITTEN ON THE SAME DAY. What? No other company or business makes you wait for a refund, they automatically give back your refund on the spot. They take advantage of being the only water company in town. Shame o them for this wait time. People have bills to pay with the money that should have been refunded.

Hopkinsville Water Authority is RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF. They could careless about how COVID is hurting people-just as long as they get money. Half of the time people dont get mail because of COVID-But i went to pay my bill-ive always paid it on time but this month i was lat because of mail not being delivered. My bill was $76.00- but by it being late it was $83.89 which i was going to pay-The Water Company tells me i have to pay$55 more dollars because it cut off--my water was not cut off-i told them that. How can they have so many leaks in their lines and not fix them then not work with the customer better when we obviously have a leak. They are just money hungry!
