Jeff at Hopkinsville Outdoor Equipment is easy to work with great service. Always looking out for all his customers to be sure they get a great product. If your product is ever down, they work hard to get you back to work. If your looking for any outdoor equipment go give them a visit.
the owner can become violent during minor disputes. threatened my son with physical harm. I have it on screenshots. legal action is in the works. its a terrible business.
they will claim to have repaired or replaced broken parts when in reality they just spray brake clean on them and charge you for it. ask me how I know? I worked there. it's a hack shop. they will charge you twice the hours it actually takes to complete a job. they will replace parts that are not broken just to make more money off you. I would rather have a local crackhead work on my mower as I would hopkinsville outdoor equipment. it will be very similar quality. piss poor.
Once again H.O.E come through for me. All the staff is on it. The owner is highly knowledgeable on everything he sells. He will not try to over sell you! H.O.E is who I recommend!!!!!

Customer service is 2nd to none! Jeff and Joanne are incredible small business owners who treat customers like gold! I have been dealing with Jeff and Joanne at Hopkinsville outdoor equipment the last 4 seasons. The service department is spot on and always gets our equipment in-and-out in a timely manner and always keeps us in the loop with what's going on in the service department. Bought a Stihl chainsaw from Jeff Great guy !! Very knowledgeable and friendly
Purchased the Gravely ZTHD 52” and really enjoyed using it the first time. First Zero Turn mower and it is taking some getting use. Jeff asked what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. Very knowledgeable and trained us on the mower before leaving. VERY impressed
