Update. After multiple tires, alignment issues, and new rear end, we were told the frame may not have been replaced. There are some serious concerns with it. We called Hopkinsville collision center, and they will not even look at it without a fee They did a great job with my 2018 Ram laramie longhorn. Had to replace frame and most of the bed after being rear-ended. They were sure to check every detail. It took a while given supply chain and parts. Installed a used frame on my dodge ram (when they said the put a new one on) and refused to even look at it without charging me money. They falsified documents to my insurance company and this bad repair has cost me over $7,000 now.
Gave Mike Wagner my car back in August and $1600 to agree to pay the rest after it was painted. It’s March now and no communication or nothing. Terrible shot to get anything done.
Hopkinsville Collision explained the repair process, set clear expectations and delivered my car a day early. I appreciate their quality work and great customer service.
Their customer service is great. However, they don't do a great job at cleaning up after they're done. They had my car about two weeks to repair some damage to the rear drivers side door. The work is good, but there is a film of dust covering the entire inside of the car. I'm not exactly sure what it's from, if they left the windows open or what, but I've never had dust like that inside my car before, especially over a short period of time.
