Update. After multiple tires, alignment issues, and new rear end, we were told the frame may not have been replaced. There are some serious concerns with it. We called Hopkinsville collision center, and they will not even look at it without a fee They did a great job with my 2018 Ram laramie longhorn. Installed a used frame on my dodge ram (when they said the put a new one on) and refused to even look at it without charging me money. They falsified documents to my insurance company and this bad repair has cost me over $7,000 now.
Gave Mike Wagner my car back in August and $1600 to agree to pay the rest after it was painted. It’s March now and no communication or nothing. Terrible shot to get anything done.
