Stay as far away from this company as possible. It doesn't let you give negative stars. I contracted Hopkins Tax in Nov 2018 for work. They took monthly payments from me throughout 2019 with the understanding that it takes that long to prepare my case. In 2020, after my account had been settled, they continued to charge me. I reached out to them in Jan 2020 to find out why I was still paying them more than what was in our contract and they had no idea who I was. Lots of promises, no delivery. All of staff quit and now nobody there to help in fixing the mistakes he made on my prior tax returns. Nobody returns your calls since the office is a ghost town with everyone leaving. I made the mistake of pre-paying for a service where Charles Hopkins promised to fix any tax issues / problems that would arise in the future related to their past filing of my taxes so that extra fees would not have to be paid later if issues arose.
