John is the best lost heat after power went out called John even with all the outages he was dealing with he worked hard to get parts needed and had me up and running the next morning as a senior with health issues he was a god send can't say enough good things about him thanks so much John
I've been getting the run around by several air conditioning companies regarding hooking up my central air conditioning. No call backs...nothing. I called Hopkins today and 2 hours later, they were here to check it out. After looking at what needed done, they hooked it up right then. Took 45 minutes. I have a disabled daughter who doesnt do well with the heat so it was a very big deal what John Hopkins did for us today.
