I've been getting the run around by several air conditioning companies regarding hooking up my central air conditioning. No call backs...nothing. I called Hopkins today and 2 hours later, they were here to check it out. After looking at what needed done, they hooked it up right then. Took 45 minutes. I have a disabled daughter who doesnt do well with the heat so it was a very big deal what John Hopkins did for us today. Replaced an old drum trap to our bathtub drain, they were quick, professional, and at a reasonable rate. Will definitely use them again.
