They do not return calls. They insulted my children, they apparently don't understand basic biology and anatomy, they cannot keep staff. I ended up in the ER because they can't seem to approve refills in a timely manner. Find anyone else.
My family all switched to this office a couple of years ago. We have a 2% success rate of getting them on the phone and maybe a 5% call back rate. Just left the ER because they wouldn't refill my heart medication (which I have been calling about these preventative meds for more than 2 weeks). Please, find someplace else!
I can tell why they cannot keep people. Plenty of good businesses around for help.
