The front office staff is incredibly rude. Also in order to be seen you have to produce a negative covid test. So if we had Covid we can’t be seen by a Dr? And seriously Covid? So beware if you are suffering with a fever don’t expect to receive care from this Drs office.
I’ve been going to this office since they opened this location (and before) and liked the NP Kayla, until my visit today. I was treated so horribly and ran out of office in tears, before we finished, because of how uncomfortable I felt. I had an EMT injure a rib and I was told by the hospital to follow up with my primary care doctor. So I did that, and boy was it a mistake.
