First I thought the reviews were wrong about this office. I imagine it will not stay open for long without major changes. I know two others who have left this location. Front staff extremely unprofessional and rude. A patient should not have to call a week after their blood results to speak with a doctor or anyone about it. The doctor should call you. Wow! This place looks nice, but the care is worse than a Med 7 clinic. If you're looking for a new primary care physician, I highly suggest you avoid all of these offices. Dr. Hopkins hires very unqualified nurse practitioners; in this office, it's Kayla Alcantar. She is the most unprofessional nurse I've ever encountered. On my first visit, she acted like a cocky twenty-something-year-old kid, dressed like Pippi Longstocking, with pigtails and everything, and gave me all false information. The front office staff is incredibly rude. Also in order to be seen you have to produce a negative covid test. So if we had Covid we can’t be seen by a Dr? And seriously Covid? So beware if you are suffering with a fever don’t expect to receive care from this Drs office.
