Dont buy the Flo-tool ramps by Hopkins. Purchased and used them for first time 6 months later and they broke. Driving a 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 on them. Autozone says no warranty and Flo-tool says only 90day warranty. Wasted money and hazard. They were stored inside garage the entire time.

Their snow and ice tools are complete garbage! They told me that since the ice scraper (w/ brush) is a year old that it's out of their 90 day warranty. I'm not ever owned a ice scraper that wore out, let alone disintegrated while scraping my windshield.

These type of reviews burn me, i hate writing or leaving them. I absolutely like USA mfg goods, but this oil pan is absolutely horrible in design. Any person with either basic knowledge knows that you’ll get more oil on the ground than in this pan. No dept, no decent pitch or steeper sides/ walls to keep the oil in. I would scrap these and start over. These might be good for a lawn mower, but certainly not recommend by any means for any type of vehicle.

We have a truck accessory business and a big truck collision business. We have a tow doctor that we use for both One of the adaptors in the kit finally wore out after years of use. I called and told them the issue. They sent a warranty replacement out no questions asked. I called on a Thursday and the replacement came in Monday morning. This company stands behind their products and actually picks up the phone and helps you. Thanks Hopkins team!

Beware doing business with this company. We have been trying to collect two invoices for nearly $15,000.00 from July and August of 2024. I'd be happy to revise this review if we get paid.
