I received service from Hopkins that included a lifetime warranty on my windows. The warranty is signed by Darrell Hopkins. I have repeatedly asked for help with fulfillment of the warranty and I can get no response from Hopkins Home Improvement. I have called and emailed. I also have called and emailed the warranty company, Associated Materials. They say their call center is open 8am-5pm. No one answers. You get directed to file a claim online, which I did.
