Overcharges. Not worth $250 per hour. Dismissive, incompetent, evidently knows nothing about real estate laws. During my trial the judge actually had to call his attention to what the witness for the plaintiff was saying because he was ignoring everything. Came to my trial with a blank notebook and a legal book. I provided all defense materials a few times because his office is apparently incapable of keeping records.. except when it comes to billing.
