Our previous fuel oil supplier of over 30 years transferred customers to Hopkins. I just got the letter and when I checked the auto delivery schedule for the old provider I saw we had not gotten a delivery in three months! I contacted Jordan immediately upon receiving the letter and she was very polite and professional. She scheduled us for delivery the next day and the driver was here by lunchtime. Jordan also put us on auto delivery and we are very appreciative of the fast service.
You don’t get companies like them anymore. They are good to work with! I 100% recommend them after my experiences over the past couple years.
It’s no wonder they get a 5 rating! I just got off the phone with the office. She couldn’t have been more pleasant and accommodating. Looking forward to our new relationship! So happy I called!
