From start to finish it has been something. Started with us being told we can do 8 in deep end and 3.5 in shallow, only to be told right before signing that cant happen it has to be 7 and 4. Told them shallow wasnt 4 and they swear it is but when my 9 year old stands in different spots the water comes to different heights on her in the shallow. We were referred to Hopkins ************ from our previous pool cleaner . They have been coming by the house & taking our checks but not doing the service !!!We are on ************** dog sitter sending us pictures of our green pool !!!I have tried numerous times to get them to respond to my ************* calls , w/no replies.If anyone recommends this *** to you Say No thank you! & RUN !!!
They built the pool fast however we paid for extra services to insure a solid pool build. We added soil injections and posts drilled into ground to insure a solid base and avoid soil movement. They recommend one or the other so we did both. Paid lots extra for this. First month walkways around pool started cracking, flat tiles around pool also started cracking. ************* contacted us as water usage was sky rocketing.
