I am truly grateful for the counseling and support I received from Mr.Hopkins during a difficult time in my life. After a loss of a coworker, I was experiencing a great amount of grief and Mr.Hopkins made a meaningful difference for me. from where ive started to now, i can see a huge difference in how im dealing with past & present events. also, knowing & having tools to help me when i need them. i feel like i can actually breathe now, although it is still a work in progress. being able to talk with Mr. Hopkins has helped because there is no judgement & he will give me “homework”.
Mr. Hopkins is compassionate, knowledgeable, and created a warm, welcoming space where I felt comfortable opening up. His guidance, encouragement, and practical tools helped me better understand my thoughts and build healthier coping skills. I always left our sessions feeling supported and more hopeful.
