john was great and made the whole air duct and dryer vent cleaning process easy to understand. Amazing work. The crew was professional, polite, and efficient from start to finish. Since we built our home many years ago and raised our family here, I figured the air ducts probably had a lot of built-up dust and debris in the HVAC system, and I was right.
