I Don't recommend Anyone buying a car from Hopkins Automotive. I purchased a car from them Because my Credit wasn't the best. Day one I had trouble with the truck that I brought. Took it back several time and was told nothing is wrong with the truck now I'm stuck with a lemon. I tried speaking with the owner never returned my phone calls. Now I know its all about a quick sale not about making your customer happy. If I had to do it all over again Hopkins wouldn't be on my list. Please Listen to me!!!!!!!
Bad Bad Bad!!! – I have had several bad experiences with this company. When attempting to purchase a vehicle from this company, I was simply told I could not get into the type of vehicle I wanted with my credit. I was continuously shown cars that had more mileage than my current car (in which I would be trading in, that I got approved for with no problem), and cars that where much older than my car. While it is unfortunate this incident occurred over the weekend, we immediately began working on the service issue and provided transportation for the customer and are confident the outcome will be a positive one. It is our goal to have satisfied customers and resolve any issues a customer may have.
New Service Center – I have a new repair facility for my car and it’s Hopkins Automotive Group of Salisbury. I had been admiring the renovations in the middle of “auto row” and noticed they were open. I stopped by to get pricing and take a peek. Little did I know there was a service department with 10 bays and a big paint and body shop. The prices were right, the service was prompt and courteous and at the top of the list, my car now runs great. Oh, and the showroom is a beauty.
