We've had numerous services from Hophan Brothers over the years and I can't rave about them enough! They're very responsive, courteous and professional in their communication and in their work ethic. They have done multiple jobs at our house over the years between plumbing and HVAC. Reliable and quick to answer and respond. They have been great to us and I would recommend them.
Who are these people giving excellent review? They must have been the lucky ones. So.. They gave me a day they could come to look at my heater.. I take off work for that day bc it's getting cold.. So the day arrived and I called to see why they were not here. They asked where I lived. Really? I gave all that information. I told him. He said he was glad "I called" bc one of their trucks broke down. Huh? They will get back to me to reschedule. Oh, how nice. I lost a day pay,but you'll "get back to me". No, don't bother.
scheduled an appointment for an estimate twice and tech never arrived i assume this is the company to stay away
Best service….always available and on time. Always fixes the problem and with a smile! I highly recommend.
