I've been going to Russ for over 2 years now. His office is small, but cozy and comfortable. He is enjoyable to talk to, and wise in the area of psychology. Clinically, he has helped me understand the patterns of thinking that go along with my illness and helped me to develop strategies to minimize or eliminate spiraling. I gave five stars for these reasons.

Talk therapy is not reasonable when the presenter has a long track record of successful living and is working on a current issue that would bother anyone.
