Really disappointed in this developer. They have made so many promises to our community and either push dates out (like the community garden) or change zoning from Central Park to include massive town houses and a useless green space that could have been native grasses, flowers or additional community gardens. Now they are putting in a 16 floor condo building in a deep suburban area where the infrastructure cannot handle it ..as long as the owners can buy another yacht, right?
I would not recommend this builder if you are considering a new home in Mahogany. 1. They are one of the smaller builders and seem to be more prone to delays. My house was 5 months late and during this time I observed nearby JAYMAN homes being built much faster. 2. Communication during the build process was lacking which was quite stressful at the time. 3.
