Looks lovely from the outside. Under 10 minutes to the Amish market, grocery stores, pharmacies, hair salons, and quaint town of Greenwich. In a quiet country setting. Outside looks well maintained. Have an aunt who lives there and absolutely loves it. Rent, I believe is on a sliding scale.
Worse place to live. Moved here June 2022. My air conditioner stopped working a month later, constantly being told it was gonna be fixed I live on the third floor. Never fixed it. It's now Sept gave me a floor unit that does not cool my bedroom is loud keeps me awake. Noticed housing authority still waiting to hear back from them if I can break my lease and move. Pool isn't accessible to use. Water stays contaminated have to buy water to drink & cook with. Washers & dryers are constantly broke & stay that way for weeks at a ... read more
