Horrible experience. You call to fill up a prescription and they do nothing with it. This happened TWICE already. My son is now out of medication because of them and it takes me $800 out of pocket to get a new one. The first time this happened I didn't think much of it, since everyone makes mistakes. I called and they told me it would take a week to receive the prescription. I waited a week and never received anything. I called back after 2 weeks and they told me "oh, your prescription was never filled, but we can do it now"... read more
