Dr. Avilla was very respectful of my nervousness and treated me kindly. I had laughing gas with my extraction and was worried because the tooth had been hurting me a lot. She got it out quickly without pain.
I have had great experiences with both Doctors Chung and Avila. They are both highly skilled and both kind and professional. Both myself and my oldest son have been to this office.
The receptionist’s behavior was unacceptable—unpleasant, dismissive, and totally unprofessional. It left a very poor impression.
