The doctors are so sweet. But the front office staff could use some customer service skills training. My daughters school therapist whom is for Logan Hocking middle school found a suicide note in her book bag. That therapist told us to come to this location and get her seen immediately. Instead of the office staff doing so. They sent us on what would be a 4 hour journey to Athens then the plains Hopewell health centers. The only reason this place is getting two stars is because of Dr. Arnold & her nurse who are absolutely fantastic and make it worth going to. On the other hand my boyfriend sees a different doctor there (not by my choice) and this is the third time he has to stop his meds cold turkey. If you get called into work and not call like 2 days before your an automatic no call no show even tho ppl have jobs that require you to be on call.
