My dog loves coming here and the staff are delightful... Well, except for one. If you have to interact with the youngest front office lady, you'll know why I say this. 🙄
My husband brought our 10 week old cocker spaniel puppy, Ellie, to the office for her well check and vaccinations. The office was very clean, run seamlessly, and the doctor and staff were absolutely wonderful. It was near the end of the day but they took lots of time with our puppy and explained breed and age specific things for us to be aware of. We found out on Friday our precious basset hound, Natalie was in end stage kidney failure and we needed to say goodbye. My husband made an appointment for Saturday and we spent our last day with her. They made both of them wait in a room for over an hour. She was vomiting and scared and he was traumatized as he had his time to say goodbye. This was cruel and unacceptable.
