Superb! I have dreamed of having a product that truly captured not only the look that I had wanted with the wispy sight lines, but when I close my doors it's like closing a bank vault! When it rains, never a drop is seen on the inside of my windows. Hands down, the best purchase that I made on my house!
I have recently completed a project with Hope's Windows and their performance on the project has been well below what I would consider standard for the industry. Their shop drawings were late and contained multiple errors and dimensional changes from the contract documents. These windows have extremely long lead times. They published an 16 to 18 week lead time, but it took well over 24 weeks after approvals to receive material. When items were misfabricated, we waited another 19 weeks for the refabricated material.
