I can not say enough good things about our experience with Hope's Promise. Our family went through Hope's Promise for our Home Study process, while completing our International Adoption. They are so kind, thorough and incredibly knowledgeable in their work, we felt KNOWN and LOVED by our case worker, and we always felt cared for. Their care and love for birth families was also a huge draw for us. They care about everyone involved in the adoption process, and that doesn't stop once you leave the hospital. Hope's Promise staff are thorough, responsive, kind, and thoughtful. Having worked with a different agency initially, we had something to compare it to and they blew our expectations out of the water! We consistently felt like we were in good hands with their expertise, training, and long history. So helpful in preparing us for our China adoption and walking us through every step of our homestudy and in-state paperwork! We loved working with them and would definitely use them again for our homestudy and required training!
